To register and use the 6jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
6jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or UMID card. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 6jili may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Age Restriction: Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your 6jili account is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that no underage person accesses the Platform through your account or device.
To access the full features of the 6jili Platform, you must create a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 6jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 6jili employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6jili reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6jili login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 6jili will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
You must notify 6jili's customer support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 6jili shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
6jili is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 6jili's discretion.
6jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and local bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.
6jili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount on 6jili is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change at 6jili's discretion with reasonable notice to players.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 6jili within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. 6jili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 6jili account holder.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 6jili reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting 6jili customer support and completing any required verification.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 6jili are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your 6jili account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus.
6jili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at 6jili's sole discretion.
6jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, except where modification is required by law or regulatory directive.
All games available on the 6jili Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 6jili's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding result.
6jili uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted using real equipment in professional studio environments. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the respective game information panels.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 6jili reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. 6jili shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 6jili.
6jili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6jili complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 6jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 6jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 6jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
6jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, 6jili may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation.
You may request the closure of your 6jili account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and 6jili, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 6jili's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
